Emergency Notice

DocOnWay is a non-emergency coordination platform for travelers in Turkey. It is not an ambulance service, emergency triage provider, hospital emergency department, or emergency response operator.

• Chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, or suspected heart attack
• Signs of stroke such as facial drooping, weakness, or confusion
• Major trauma, heavy bleeding, or serious accidents
• Loss of consciousness, collapse, or seizures
• Severe allergic reaction, anaphylaxis, or airway swelling
• Severe burns, poisoning, overdose, or inability to breathe
• Any condition that may pose an immediate threat to life or limb

DocOnWay is intended for non-urgent care coordination such as house call requests, clinic or hospital routing, telemedicine coordination, dental support, traveler-friendly provider access, and follow-up support for routine or lower-urgency concerns.

The AI assistant is for informational intake and booking coordination only. It does not diagnose, determine medical urgency, or replace a qualified emergency response service. If there is any doubt about whether a situation may be an emergency, the user should call 112.

Users are responsible for assessing whether they should seek immediate emergency care rather than use the platform. If symptoms worsen, become acute, or appear time-critical, the safest step is to call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department without delay.
