3. Total price and payment

The total amount shown during checkout is the amount presented for the relevant care request at that time. Unless clearly stated otherwise, it should be read together with the Payment & Service Terms. Currency, timing, and service scope may affect the displayed amount.

4. Additional provider-billed medical fees

Additional medical fees may arise depending on clinical evaluation, tests, treatment, medication, transport, or local provider conditions. Such additional fees, where applicable, are billed by the independent healthcare provider and may fall outside the amount collected through the platform.

5. Payment method and third-party payment providers

Payment may be collected through DocOnWay and processed via authorized third-party payment service providers. Banking, card, authentication, and settlement steps may therefore involve external payment infrastructure providers in addition to the platform.

6. Performance timing

The digital coordination service may begin promptly after the user submits the request and completes the relevant confirmation steps. Actual provider timing depends on availability, location, service type, operational conditions, and provider acceptance.

7. Right of withdrawal

Users may have statutory rights under Turkish consumer law regarding distance contracts. However, where the user expressly requests the digital coordination service to begin before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal may be limited or waived once performance has started, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Early performance acknowledgment

By proceeding with the request and payment flow, the user may be asked to acknowledge that the service should begin immediately so that DocOnWay can start coordination, provider outreach, and operational handling without delay.

9. Cancellation/refund summary

Cancellation and refund outcomes may depend on whether provider capacity has been reserved, whether the request has already been routed or dispatched, and whether operational costs have already been incurred. Users should review the full Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

10. Complaint and dispute channels

Users may contact DocOnWay support for platform-related complaints, payment concerns, or coordination issues. Mandatory rights under Turkish consumer law, including access to relevant consumer authorities and courts, remain reserved.

The applicable legal texts are stored digitally by DocOnWay as part of the platform experience and may be accessed through the footer legal center, relevant booking pages, or customer support where reasonably appropriate.
