Our services are designed to connect tourists and travelers in Turkey with verified healthcare providers for routine medical consultations, minor illnesses, preventive care, and general health concerns. DocOnWay is not an emergency medical service and should never be used as a substitute for emergency care.

2. What Constitutes an Emergency

The following situations require immediate emergency care — call 112 in Turkey:

• Chest pain, difficulty breathing, or signs of a heart attack or stroke
• Severe bleeding or trauma from accidents
• Loss of consciousness or unresponsiveness
• Severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis)
• Suspected poisoning or overdose
• Seizures or convulsions
• Severe burns
• Childbirth emergencies

3. Not a Medical Provider

DocOnWay is a healthcare coordination and booking platform. We connect patients with independent, verified healthcare providers. DocOnWay does not employ doctors, nurses, or other clinical staff. All medical decisions, diagnoses, treatments, and prescriptions are made exclusively by the independent healthcare providers you consult through our platform.

4. Telemedicine Disclaimer

Online consultations facilitated through DocOnWay are conducted by independent licensed physicians. These consultations have inherent limitations compared to in-person examinations. Telemedicine may not be appropriate for all conditions. The consulting physician will advise you if an in-person evaluation is necessary.
